Keto Strawberry Mango Daiquiri

Keto Strawberry Mango Daiquiri is a fruity, colorful, and truly delicious summer cocktail! Our recipe is sugar free and Keto friendly, since it yields only 1g of net carbs. When the summer heat feels like an open oven or when you decide that you want a lazy afternoon at the pool, this is an easy refreshing cocktail. Daiquiri’s are classic rum cocktails that will transport you to the islands – just close your eyes and sip!

Torani sugar-free syrups are the key to keeping this cocktail low in carbs. We make a whole host of cocktails using water enhancers and sugar-free EZ Sweetz drops. However, lately we have been creating syrup flavored low-carb cocktails. It has become a fun summer task. For this recipe, we use two of our favorites – Torani Sugar Free Strawberry and Torani Sugar Free Mango. We also added a few fresh strawberries and a few pieces of fresh mango. With the ice, water, rum, and sugar-free syrups, the fruits do not add much to the carb count.

We have used the Torani sugar-free Strawberry syrup in our Keto Creamy Strawberry Smoothie recipe. The combination of a few fresh strawberries with the syrup adds so much flavor to the drink.

A good quality Rum is also essential for this recipe. We have previously blogged about our favorite dark rum from Barbados – Kaniché XO. It is a dark rum aged for 11 years in oak bourbon casks. It is truly delicious. We use it in our Piña Colada recipe. However, for our Keto Strawberry Mango Daiquiri we like a light rum. Any good light rum from Puerto Rico will do. Bacardi Superior is easy to find and tastes great when blended.

Preparation Tips

We always stress fresh-squeezed lime juice in our cocktails. Since we drink a lot of margaritas in the Southwest, we use a lot of lime juice. We also use a lot of fresh lime juice in our Mexican recipes. Fresh lime juice is a necessity. We usually just buy a large bag of limes at the market and juice half at home. The juice will freeze well. A good juicer is a sound purchase. We like the Cuisinart Electric Juicer. In a pinch, or if fresh limes are not available, try Santa Cruz Organic Pure Lime Juice.

A good blender is the only preparation tip you need. Joanie loves her Vitamix. It has all the power you will need and takes care of ice in short order. You cannot go wrong with a Pro-model Vitamix for your kitchen. However, many years ago my Son gave me a KitchenAid Pro Series Stainless Steel Bar Blender. I love the power and it is so easy to clean, since it is stainless. If you enjoy your home bar, a KitchenAid Pro Blender is a good investment. Regardless of your choice, blend until you have that slushy consistency.

Keto Strawberry Mango Daiquiri is a frozen "beach-inspired" low-carb cocktail for summer days, or relaxing by the pool. So delicious! Crank up the blender, make a batch tonight, and enjoy more than one!

  • 2 tablespoons Strawberry syrup (Torani sugar free)
  • 3 tablespoons Mango syrup (Torani sugar free)
  • 3 ounces Light Rum
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 4 Strawberries (fresh)
  • 4 Mango (fresh – small cubes)
  • 12 ounces Ice


  • Slice tops off the fresh strawberries and cut in half.
  • Add all ingredients to a Vitamix or Drink Blender.
  • Blend until slushy consistency and serve cold, garnished with a strawberry.

Chef’s Notes

You can also substitute Torani Sugar-Free Peach Syrup for the Mango and have a Strawberry Peach Daiquiri.
