Keto Blueberry Cobbler with Pecans

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Cover the bottom of a pie dish with the fresh blueberries. Squeeze the lime juice over the top of the berries. Sprinkle with arrowroot powder.
  • In a small bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients into a crumbly dough. Spread the dough over the berries.
  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until you have a nice golden color. Serve warm.


You can also use chopped walnuts instead of pecans and also serve with a topping of whipped cream.
