Taco Seasoning

Ground Beef Tacos

  • 1 pound Ground beef 80-20 blend
  • 2 tablespoons Taco seasoning recipe above
  • 2 Tomatoes diced
  • 6 ounces Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/4 head Lettuce shredded
  • 1/3 cup Water

Taco Seasoning

  • Mix all off the ingredients for the taco seasoning in a small bowl and mix until well combined. Store in a sealed mason jar.

Ground Beef Tacos

  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, crumbling as it cooks for about 10 minutes. Drain the fat after completely browned.
  • Add the taco seasoning and water and stir. Cook for an additional 5-10 minutes.
  • Assemble low-carb taco shells with taco meat, cheese, tomatoes, and lettuce.  Serve warm.
