Combine the ground beef, eggs, spices, parmesan, and one-half of the chopped basil and mix well in a medium bowl.
Roll the meat into golf ball size shaped meatballs and set aside.
Pre-heat air fryer to 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
Add meatballs to the pre-heated air fryer basket. Spray with cooking spray and cook for 8 minutes at 400 degrees.
Serve hot with marinara sauce, additional parmesan cheese, and remaining chopped fresh basil.
Heat a large skillet to medium heat. Add the olive oil and chopped onions and cook for 4 minutes until slightly translucent.
Add the chopped garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the crushed tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes. Then add the basil and oregano. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Add the erythritol, salt and pepper to taste, and let simmer for 5 minutes.
